Practice for Movement
Asymmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex
The movement:
When the head turns to one side, the arms and legs extend on the same side while the arms and legs on the opposite side bend. This reflex promotes the coordination of arm / hand movement and visual stimuli. The muscles are exercised alternately on the right or left side.
