The Muscle Test
By working with the help of muscle tests, it is possible to find out which energetic techniques can best be used in the treatment: A Primary Reflex inhibition trajectory, methods and techniques from Kinesiology, sound and / or movement, various forms of massage, healing, cranio sacral therapy or Neurological Organization Technique (NOT).
The human body reacts to a stressor with a change in the tension in the muscles. With the help of the muscle test it is immediately possible to feel whether the muscle that is used for the test, changes tension whenever a stressor is activated.
One can use the muscle test to determine for instance:
- Whether what, according to the therapist / counselor, causes stress and what he wants to apply at the moment is actually correct and must be done.
- What it takes to dissipate the stress. (stress release)
- When and in which order next treatment must take place.
- Whether people benefit from referrals to other therapists, and if so, which ones.
