What is Sexual Energy
Sexual energy is a very fast intense energy that is automatically produced by our body from three types of food stimuli: our food, our breath and our impressions.
If everything functions properly, this energy is active in the sex center in our belly, e.g. during procreation. It is the fastest energy we produce, faster than instinct energy, emotion energy, and thought energy, which is the slowest.
